It will be repaired within two day and shipped back to you. It's as easy as that! If your unit has many major issues it may take more than two day to repair.

2. Pack and Ship Your Unit
   Carefully pack your Bose Wave Music System and use your own shipping label to send it to us. If needed, contact us for help with a cost-effective return label (shipping cost at your expense).
3. Repair Process
   Once received, your unit will be repaired within 7-10 business days. If major parts (e.g., CD drive or motherboard) need replacement, an additional charge of $60 or more may apply.
4. Return Shipping
   We will securely pack your repaired unit and ship it back to you. Return shipping costs are included in your checkout total.
5. Warranty Coverage
