• Repair Service Process

1. Place Your Repair Order
   Complete the payment process for the repair service. Shipping cost will be included at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with detailed packing instructions.
2. Pack and Ship Your Unit
   Carefully pack your Bose Wave Music System and use your own shipping label to send it to us. If needed, contact us for help with a cost-effective return label (shipping cost at your expense).
3. Repair Process
   Once received, your unit will be repaired within 3-5 business days. If major parts (e.g., CD drive or motherboard) need replacement, an additional charge of $60 or more may apply.
4. Return Shipping
   We will securely pack your repaired unit and ship it back to you. Return shipping costs are included in your checkout total.
5. Warranty Coverage
   Your repair includes a 30-day warranty. You can extend this up to 6 months for added peace of mind click HERE

It will be repaired within 3 - 5 business days and shipped back to you. It's

as easy as that! If your unit has many major issues, it may take more than 3 days to repair.
