We’ll credit your payment method after we receive your trade-in.

2. Get it ready to trade in.

After you receive your Bose Wave Music System , we’ll send you a trade-in kit and an email with instructions on how to prepare your used Bose speaker for trade-in.

3. Ship your used Bose speaker within 14 days.

Once we receive your used Bose speaker, a team will inspect and verify its condition. If everything checks out, your trade-in is complete. If your Bose speaker doesn’t match the condition you described, you’ll receive an email with next steps.

If the value of your used Bose speaker was lower than the cost that we estimated, you’ll receive a difference credit amount or we will send it back to you
